New Connectors in Power Automate: BillsPLS & Apptigent PowerTools LITE

This week, two new Power Automate connectors were released: BillsPLS and Apptigent PowerTools LITE. This brings the grand total of active connectors to 385. Let’s dive in and take a look at what these new additions can do for your organization.

BillsPLS

The BillsPLS connector is an expense management solution. It is a simple connector with one action: Receipts Process.

This allows users to incorporate receipts/bills and extract details like vendor name, total amount, date and other attributes. Combining this with other connectors in Power Automate can really open up automation capabilities.

This isn’t the first connector for IN-D. It joins existing connector IN-D KYC India, released in July 2020. IN-D has four products: KYC, HR, Payables and BillsPLS. We expect to see two new connectors in the future for their other products.

Rating: 3 out of 5.

This is a good start on their connector, but we’d like to see more.

Apptigent PowerTools LITE

The Apptigent PowerTools LITE connector is free to use. As their website describes, the platform provides “PowerTools for enterprise apps, forms and workflow makes complex tasks simple, enhancing productivity and increasing ROI across multiple platforms including Salesforce, Appian, Azure, Nintex, Power Platform and more.” They have a YouTube video that demos one potential use case for their new connector: Convert and format currency, then email it to select users.
