Contract Negotiation, Quotes and Business Processes get new Boost Using Connectors

Contract Negotiation, Quotes and Business Processes get new Boost Using Connectors

Negotiating Contracts, Need a Quick Quote, or to Shine the Light on Your Business Processes?

Three new Power Automate connectors that address contract negotiation, quotations and business processes have arrived courtesy of DocJuris, Elfsquad and Mavim. These three bring the total available to a mind-blowing 494, just 6 short of our prior prediction! Let’s dive right in.

DocJuris

Negotiators, especially attorneys and others who do the heavy work of navigating complex business contracts, will appreciate the new Power Automate connector from DocJuris. Automating the contract negotiation process keeps clear the most current and accurate versions of any contract.

Actions include:

  • Create a contract document.
  • Create an import file which allows you to import files that can be used to create contracts or contract turns within the DocJuris app.
  • Create a contract turn.
  • Download contract turn document.
  • Download latest turn document.
  • Get contract details, available contract types, test messages, or turn details
  • Deletes a call back subscription

The connector triggers when a turn is created, tagged or completed, so as a user you will always know where you are in any contract negotiation. Use of this connector requires a paid subscription to DocJuris.

Rating: 4 out of 5.

If contract negotiation is your sweet spot, DocJuris connector could be the next tool for your toolbox. 4 stars.

Elfsquad Data

Dutch company Elfsquad has landed its second connector, Elfsquad Data. Joining its sister Elfsquad Product Configurator, this connector enables users to configure complex products to quickly create error-free quotations.

Its actions include the ability to:

  • Create, update, or delete an entity
  • Get entities or an entity by ID
  • Invoke a function

Its sole custom trigger happens when an event is triggered.

Rating: 4.5 out of 5.

While this simple connector has fewer actions and triggers than the former, in this case less is more. 4.5 stars

Mavim iMprove

Full of actions (39 to be exact), the Mavim-iMprove Power Automate connector lets users monitor all aspects of their business processes. Lacking triggers, I’d expect they’ll find the need to add some in future iterations of this connector. According to the documentation, the “cloud software makes use of open standards for integration with third party applications, enabling adoption into any company’s technology stack.”

Actions cover:

  • Creating a new topic, child topic, relation between two topics
  • Getting the root topic, all topics in the path to the root topic, the relationship categories of the topic, children topics of the topic, a collection of icons, charts, or fields for a specific topic type, API version number, a specific field by field and fieldset identifier for a specific topic, the Relations of the topic, or the siblings topics of the topic supplied by the topic id, a specific topic by the DCV indentifier, or a collection of types for an specific topic supplied by the topic id.
  • Moving specific topics to the top or bottom of a branch, or up or down one space on the branch.
  • Updating
    • Date, decimal, or list field
    • a specific Boolean field
    • a specific multi value date, decimal or a specific single value relationship list field
    • a specific single value text field, multiple types of fields, a single value or multi-value hyperlink field, a specific multi-value relationship or text field, a specific Boolean field, a name, a specific single-value number or relationship field, by field and fieldset identifier for a specific topic
  • Deleting the specific topic, or relation from a topic.

To use the Mavim iMprove connector, you’ll need to have a Mavim Cloud database and an Azure Active Directory login from your own tenant.

Three stars!

The sheer volume of available connectors make this time a significant one in the scheme of the internet of things (see what I did there?) and an exciting time to be a nerd. Thanks for sticking with Reenhanced.
