It’s all About Documents with these new Connectors

Two new Power Automate connectors were added overnight, one to address your e-signature needs and the other to collect data that can then be published in Word, PDF or HTML format. I know what you’re thinking…”Details! Give me the details!”

Joining Power Automate’s 14 document signing connectors that we’ve identified, a serious contender for your e-signature needs is the new Assently E-Sign connector. With lots of actions and one trigger it can help to automate your document signing requirements. Its use requires an Assently E-Sign account with Microsoft Flow license, and their basic (Pro) plan offers support for Nordic electronic IDs: Swedish BankID, Norwegian BankID, NemID and the Finnish Trust Network.

The connector’s actions include:

  • Create a new case, or a case for a template
  • Update, send, recall, or delete a case
  • Update the case metadata regardless of the case status
  • Request approval to send to a stakeholder
  • Find and list cases or templates
  • Get a case by its case ID, by its temporary ID, or get file content of a case document
  • Send a reminder to all parties that have not yet signed

The trigger is activated when there is a case event which (it appears) is one you specify.

Rating: 4 out of 5.

Entering a crowded field of document signing connectors, this one gets a solid four stars.

WenDocs Linker connector actions allow its registered users to its API to assemble a WenDocs template and json data, then publish to Word, PDF, or HTML formats. This is good if you’re already using the Wendocs Platform as an add-in to MS Word as you’ll then be able to produce letters, reports or other documents driven by data. You’ll need an API key and API secret obtained from [email protected] in order to use it.

Rating: 2 out of 5.

Limited to WenDocs Platform users. Two stars.

New Power Automate connectors land each week and now there are 510 available! We know more about Power Automate connectors than anybody else. If you need help getting started with these or any other connectors, or you require a custom built connector, contact Reenhanced with details about what you’re working on, or email directly to [email protected].
