RiskIQ, Resco and E-Sign Drop New Products

The growing universe of Power Automate connectors includes new additions, one for risk averse companies from the folks at RiskIQ and the other for those with online design needs from Resco. Bonus: E-Sign shows signs of improvement.

RiskIQ PassiveTotal

RiskIQ PassiveTotal joins its two sister connectors, RiskIQ and RiskIQ Digital Footprint, in a growing repertoire of Power Automate connectors. You can use PassiveTotal as a security research tool to better understand threat actors and other information found in the RiskIQ database.

RiskIQ, as we’d talked about over a year ago, and again in February keeps a database of all internet connected assets. With PassiveTotal, you can get a deeper understanding when your organization is under attack. As they put it best, it “leverages machine learning to scale threat hunting.”

You’ll need RiskIQ API credentials in order to use this connector. Its impressive list of actions are so numerous, your head might explode if I listed them all all here, so being risk averse, I thought it best to let you peruse the documentation as you begin building.

Four and a half stars!

Resco Cloud

Resco Cloud is useful for a company that already has pre-built modules and wants an alternative to Canvas Apps. Its collection of mobile app resources can be customized. In order to use this connector, you will need to have an organization at Resco Cloud or any affiliated Resco product, and a user account with schema access or system administrator privilege.

Its short list of actions include:

  • Create a new record
  • Update or delete a record by ID
  • Get a record by ID
  • Get a list of records
  • Get current user record by ID

For now, the connector does not support triggers, but you can find a work around that’s detailed in the Microsoft documentation.

Since February, the folks at E-Sign have made improvements to their connector, and delivered three new triggers since we last announced a drop from them. Originally, there were only two actions, but now with these added triggers, you might want to take a second look especially if you have implemented the connector already.

Triggers include:

  • When a new envelope is created within E-Sign
  • When an individual signer signs a document of the Envelope
  • When an envelope is fully completed by all signees

Upped from two to three stars!

Power Automate now has 485 connectors to choose from! That’s amazing! When your project needs a boost, let us know what you need and we’ll connect you to the right connectors for your project! See what I did there?
