Virtual Event Planning and Surveys

Virtual event planning and conducting surveys are uses for the two latest Power Automate connectors, and if either one is your gig, READ ON!

The Airmeet platform allows users to host all sorts of virtual events including conferences, hackathons, icebreakers, panel discussions and workshops. Given the current state of business in the pandemic world we find ourselves in, there’s certainly the need for this sort of platform.

Potential use cases for this connector could include the ability to trigger a flow:

  •  when someone registers for an event
  •  adds a new contact into CRM
  •  sets up a flow of reminders and alerts

When other triggers are met, you could use its actions to add a speaker to an event, get Airmeet to display events, or add sessions to an Airmeet.

While there’s plentiful documentation about Zapier on the Airmeet site, there’s not a single mention of Power Automate. However, you can reference Zapier documentation to get additional use case suggestions.

Connector-wise, it’s the only one we’ve identified for Power Automate in the virtual event planning space.

We’re taking a survey. Do you need this connector?

Kidding! Well, maybe not. You might need it. Let’s see!

With the Spring Global connector, after a survey has been filled out, you can use its trigger to automate other actions, or move into an escalation or approval flow when needed. This Power Automate connector’s actions allow you to get survey data and/or user information to use in your other flows.

This connector is one of six we’ve identified that have to do with surveys. You can check those out here.

This year to date has proven generous growth with 591 Power Automate connectors to choose from today. At this time last year, there were only 447! We’re excited to welcome the arrival of 2022 and look forward to helping you find more fun and profitable ways in which to use connectors every day. Need more information?
