Dynamics 365 for Marketing Integrations on the Roadmap: Power Automate & Microsoft Teams
There are two Dynamics 365 for Marketing integrations on the roadmap that may really change how your marketing team collaborates together and builds customer journeys: Power Automate and Microsoft Teams.
Power Automate Integration: Coming soon!
With this enhancement, you will be able to trigger Power Automate flows within your customer journey in Dynamics 365 for Marketing. Journeys already had impressive automation capabilities, but this bring WAY more, with nearly 700 connectors currently available in Power Automate.
Important Note: This is only available in real-time marketing. This does not effect outbound marketing functionality.
To use this, you’ll need to use a Custom Event Trigger. You will choose which data to send as part of the event trigger (in the below image on the right-hand panel, you can see the Map attributes section).

Microsoft Teams Chat integration: Coming soon!
Collaborate in the Dynamics 365 for Marketing App with Microsoft Teams Chat
Bring collaboration directly to the Dynamics 365 for Marketing App with this new enhancement. Creating your marketing content and crafting your customer journeys is now easier with Microsoft Teams chat! Use all Teams chat capabilities directly within the app. As a system administrator, you can set up the tables in which to include chat. As a marketer, easily add and remove people from your chat, view suggested people to add to the chat, and show all recent chats.
