Indy Publishers Deliver New Connectors
The latest batch of six Power Automate connectors are all the result of the work of indy publishers. Combined with the library of all possible connectors, this makes 739 total! Two are “fun” ones, and one of those can automate the levity you want added in your work while the others are a bit more serious in nature.
Need to add a random meme to your work? Okay, no one needs to, but it’s fun and now there’s a connector with two actions:
- Get a random meme from reddit.
- Get a random meme from a specific subreddit.
Three stars just for the fun of it!
Automate your text string matching with RegEx Matching. All action, this one will check whether entered text:
- is in a valid email format, or globally unique identifier (GUID) format
- contains a digit anywhere
- ends or starts with a specified character
- Is a valid credit card number
- matches the US Social Security Number format, or a specified pattern
Three and a half stars
Best used on Dutch websites, the Rijksoverheid connector automates the ability to list all school holidays, or get all school holidays for a school year direct from info cited on the Netherlands government website. Within its limited purpose:

Schiphol Airport connector for Power Automate is the perfect connector for anyone who needs up-to-date info about flights in and out of Schiphol airport in North Holland. Its actions let you access flight info, destinations, dates and more.

ShipStation IP connector for eCommerce is a first step toward automating your online stores. and has only three actions:
- Get a list of the marketplaces that can be integrated with ShipStation.
- Get the list of installed stores on the account.
- Initiate a store refresh.
Two and a half stars
Binging your streaming service and need to track the comings and goings of your favorite shows and movies? The Unofficial Netflix Search‘s actions get you global info about any Netflix title. Its actions include:
- Get a list of supported countries, expiring titles or genres.
- Get the country and language information associated with a title.
- Get the details, all episodes, all genres, or all images associated with a title.
- Search deleted titles by title name or country.
- Search titles added during dates provided.
- Search people by title name, person name, or Netflix ID.
The function of this last action puzzles me. This connector while categorized under fun or entertainment lacks, as far as I can see, any useful purpose.

None of these six connectors really rocked my socks with excitement. Still while its not exactly sexy, I think that the RegEx Matching connector provides the best service in terms of utility among this batch.
