Power Automate for WooCommerce 3.0.0: Re-Trigger Webhooks, Advanced Audit Filters & More
We are excited to announce Power Automate for WooCommerce version 3.0.0. This release puts you in full control of your automation history with the ability to re-trigger any webhook directly from the audit log, along with powerful new filtering, sorting, and retention controls.

The Microsoft Certified Connector for WooCommerce
If you’re new to our plugin, Power Automate for WooCommerce is the only Microsoft-certified solution for connecting your WooCommerce store to the Power Platform. It allows you to seamlessly integrate your store data with over 1,500 services, including:
๐ Dynamics 365 & Business Central
๐ฌ Teams & SharePoint
๐ง Excel & Outlook
๐ Salesforce, Mailchimp & more
Whether you need to sync customers to your CRM, alert your team of high-value orders, or automate fulfillment lists in Excel, this connector makes it possible without writing a single line of code.
What’s New in Version 3.0.0?
Version 3.0.0 is focused on operational confidence. When you’re running business-critical automations, you need to know exactly what happened, quickly find the records that matter, and recover from failures without manual intervention. This release delivers all three.
๐ Re-Trigger Webhooks from the Audit Log
This is the feature our users have been asking for.
When a webhook delivery fails, whether due to a temporary network issue, a timeout on the Power Automate side, or a service outage, you no longer need to manually recreate the event or wait for it to happen again organically. With version 3.0.0, you can re-trigger any webhook directly from the audit log with a single click.
This means:
- No more lost events. A failed delivery to Power Automate is no longer a dead end. Just find it in the audit log and re-send it.
- Fast recovery from outages. If Power Automate experienced downtime, you can re-trigger every failed webhook from that window in seconds.
- Safe to retry. The original payload is preserved exactly as it was, so re-triggering sends the same data that would have been delivered the first time.
- Full traceability. Every re-trigger is logged as its own audit entry, so you always have a complete record of what was sent and when.
For teams running order sync, CRM updates, or fulfillment workflows through Power Automate, this feature alone can save hours of manual data reconciliation after any disruption.
๐ Advanced Audit Filters & Sorting
The audit log now includes full filtering and sorting controls built on WooCommerce’s advanced filter framework. Narrow your view by resource type, event type, success status, or any combination of these. Switch between “Match All” and “Match Any” modes for precise or broad queries.
Combined with column sorting, finding the exact records you need is now fast and intuitive, even in stores with thousands of audit entries.
โ๏ธ Configurable Audit Retention
You now have full control over how long audit records are kept. By default, records are retained for 90 days, but you can adjust this in the plugin settings to match your compliance requirements or storage preferences. Set it to any number of days, or disable automatic cleanup entirely to keep records indefinitely.
๐ก๏ธ Improved Reliability
Fixed an issue where webhook deliveries that received non-2xx HTTP responses (such as 502 or 503 errors) were incorrectly recorded as successful in the audit log. The audit log now accurately reflects the true delivery status, making it easier to identify and re-trigger failed deliveries.
โจ A Complete Recovery Workflow
Together, these features form a complete recovery workflow. When something goes wrong on the Power Automate side, you can:
- Filter the audit log to show only failed deliveries from the affected time period.
- Review the payloads to confirm what data was lost.
- Re-trigger each failed webhook to resend the data to Power Automate.
- Verify the new audit entries to confirm successful delivery.
No more exporting CSVs, no more manual data entry, no more guessing which events were missed. Just filter, click, and recover.
