Mural

From Columbia based Mural, this connector is limited to two actions; to create a new mural, or create a new sticky note. But, the app appears to have a lot going for it for your team’s whiteboard style collaboration. At this point the connector itself feels light on useful function but there’s definitely room for it to grow.

Fundraising and Leads & Opportunities

We’ve reviewed another fundraising connector for Power Automate from an independent publisher, as well as the series from BlackBaud that dropped this time last year. With that in mind, let’s look at Givebutter.

Fundraising Connectors ~ July 2022

Non-profit professionals might want to consider Givebutter, a free fundraising app, especially now that there’s a new connector to help to automate many of the tasks that in the past you’d need to pull from your valuable resources of paid staff or volunteers. Loaded with more than two dozen actions, this connector will automate

  • Creation of or update of a fund, campaign, or contact.
  • Getting a specific campaign, contact, fund, member, payout, plan, team, ticket, or transaction.
  • Getting a list of your campaigns, or list of members or teams under a specific campaign.
  • Getting a list of contacts, payouts, plans, tickets or transactions.
  • Deleting (archive) a contact, campaign (or member from a campaign), or a fund.
  • Restoring a deleted (archived) contact.

A cool future trigger idea would be one that starts a flow to send a survey about a completed campaign, which in turn could help fundraisers better understand what worked and what didn’t about certain campaigns. Still, this what’s new garners a solid start.

LeadLoader

From the innovators at Phiquest, their LeadLoader connector could not be more aptly named for its function. It’s single action uploads leads and creates an opportunity. Microsoft documentation describes it this way: “This Connector helps automate the process of creating a “Lead” for Repfabric’s backend system. It takes data from a csv and invokes multiple calls to the Repfabric system that can create or get the items needed to automate the Lead creation process.”

Virtual PBX

Zvanu Parvaldnieks

For LMT Mobile customers (Latvia), Zvanu Parvaldnieks connector provides automation for a mobile Private Branch Exchange (PBX) phone system. It can trigger flows that will get a plethora of info about those calls including call history, recordings, and it lets you add employees, groups, and to retrieve voicemails.

For the curious, Google translate, which I consider only 50 percent reliable, from Latvian “Zvanu Parvaldnieks” to English returns, “I call Parvaldnieks.” Yup, 50 percent. A last name perhaps?
